Condensation Concerns

I just saw a video from Steve Baczek where he explains the wall construction that he is using on one of his clients homes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pN–lwVrI9k&t=1s
It is a double stud wall. My question is would I have condensation issues in climate zone 4A using this type of wall?
