Best Indoor Fluid Applied Vapor Barrier?

TaylorConstruction | Posted in Energy Efficiency and Durability on
Looking for a Fluid-applied vapor control layer
(vapor semi-permeable) greater than 1 perm less than 5 perms that can be applied on the interior side of a CMU. Mineral Wool insulation & Drywall will be going over it. I’m located in South East Florida.

RockWool Recommends this for a CMU wall in the south but I can’t find a product that meets the requirements and is labeled for interior side of CMU wall.
thanks.
