Cleaning the core of an ERV

How do I go about cleaning the core of my ERV? Mine looks pretty dirty within the cores themselves.

    I came here for the same question. My user manual says nothing. It shows a maintenance schedule for core cleaning, but that's it. It's a Zehnder CA550.

    Edit: I found it in the installer manual. It says to submerge it several times in hot (40C) water several times, then rinse with same temp water. Shake dry.

    Now I just have to find a vessel large enough for the job.
