Can someone please provide feedback on floor mounted air ducts?
We are building a raised home using shipping containers and want to put the air ducts in the concrete floor since there will be little to no room between the roof & ceiling. I’m wondering if this is recommended or if I should re-design the roof to fit the HVAC system under it instead of under the house.

Jessica,
Embedding ducts in a concrete slab is almost always a bad idea, especially if it is a slab on grade. Plenty of ducts like this have had to be abandoned due to puddles in the ducts and mold. You don't want that.
I also doubt the wisdom of spending money on a concrete foundation if you will be living in a shipping container. Shipping containers don't make comfortable homes unless you are willing to spend a lot of money to change almost every aspect of what makes a shipping container a shipping container.
After you have bought two doors, and windows, and walls to hold insulation, and insulation, and roofing, and flooring, and wiring, and plumbing, and a kitchen, and a bathroom, you will ask yourself: now why did I think that buying a shipping container would save any money?
