Boundary conditions for hot climate thermal simulations

Im running thermal simulations for my Passive House build, and want to know what boundary conditions for the exterior climate are used in a hot, humid climate. PHI sets the boundaries at 20C internal temp and -5C external temp as far as I can tell.
