Hello,
I maintain a commercial hair studio that the tenants are often affected by hot air flow through the diffuser so I stuffed the duct with Roxul safe and sound to stop the air flow. Is this harmful?

The answer is it depends.
If you block 5% of the unit’s air flow no problem.
If you block 50% big problem equipment damage is a real possibility.
Is the bothersome hot air flowing in the heating or cooling modes?
