Block foundation and crawlspace insulation

Hello
we we are currently building and have a block foundation with crawlspace. Would like guidance on exterior wall insulation application which will also have real stone. Not sure on stone to rigid board support system.
The crawlspace will be unvented and encapsulated/conditioned.

In terms of stone veneer, it typically bears on a ledge, either a masonry step in concrete (below or at-grade) or a steel lintel (above-grade). See attached iccsafe.org image.
