We are planning a new build and trying to decide on the best way to build our basement walls (walkout/daylight). I know there is the standard poured/cast -in-place wall, ICF’s, ICCF (such as Faswall and The Perfect Block) and pre-cast (Superior Wall). From a cost perspective what is the cheapest and most reliable way to go? With ICF and ICCF we can do most of the work. For all of them we can do the waterproofing and, dimplemats and outsulation (if needed).
