Barndominium Insulation

I’ve been seeing these bardominium homes popping up in the southwest like Texas and such. Hard to get a real R-Value for their walls and ceilings. I know they use spray foam on a lot of those homes and read R-30 for ceiling is standard and R-23 for walls.

Anyone got hard data on the bardominium homes and R-Value/energy efficiency?
