Considering 8″ GPS foam over 5/12 roof deck. Long screws through ply or cold roof sleepers into 4x rafters seems easy. What is the experience with long screws into 2x rafters…technique, jigs?

Good luck, putting 14" screws through 10-1/4" SIPs panels into 4-1/2" wide rafters was difficult enough. Make sure to have a square and a person on the inside watching for every miss. Its a good idea to chalk line everything as well.
