I was surprised to see this video is so recent. They are still suggesting a floor with no continuous insulation on either the top of bottom? That's a recipe for cold feet in any northern climate zone.

I did wonder about that too. I also thought they might have used a product like Menbrain if they didn't want to use poly.

Personally, I prefer using SIP panels on beams but I know a lot of people on here ask about raised floor systems for sheds and small cabins, etc, so I'm always looking for other options.

It feels like this thread is going backwards. First a 1980s style floor with batts, and then a link to bubble foil.
