Airtight drywall with aeroseal in modular houses
It seems that the airtight drywall approach is getting popular for modular houses because they get build from inside out so there is easy access to the back side of the drywall from the outside before installing insulation etc. If combined with aeroseal I have been told that 1 ACH50 is a reasonable target. It sounds like an effective approach. Does anyone have any specific experience with this?
