Air seal Zip to glycol pipes
I am putting solar water heaters on my roof. The roof is made up of 7/16 Zip (which is my air and vapor barrier), 2 layers of rigid insulation then flat 2×4 air channel and 5/8 plywood. I know the zip tape will not withstand the heat temp of the copper glycol pipes. It is (2) half inch pipes. I think the temp in the pipes can get up to 250 degrees. What have others done to seal these holes?

Use commercial sealing boots for roofing. You can get these with more than one boot in a single assembly if needed. The usual way to do this is to cut the boot back to the size pipe you need, then secure the boot to the pipe using a single pipe strap. These boot assemblies are made for exactly the purpose you describe.
