1. What would you use to adhere EPS to the exterior of below grade concrete walls?
The EPS FOAM/CONCRETE ADHESIVE by AERVOE is the only one that I see. Are there others that also won’t react with EPS?
2. What would you use to waterproof below grade EPS?
I see a lot of ICF manufacturers recommend Polyguard 650, which claims to stop water, radon, termites and methane all together. Any experience with it and other alternatives I should look into? Again, it must not react with EPS.
Thanks
Roger

Roger,
Most manufacturers of construction adhesive offer a "foam-compatible" product. Examples include Henkel 828472 PL Premium Polyurethane Construction Adhesive, DAP Beats the Nail Paneling & Foam Construction Adhesive, and Titebond Interior/Exterior Construction Adhesive.
Most hardware stores and lumber yards contain a selection of foam-compatible adhesives.
