Adding rigid foam to an existing building with faced fiberglass batts

user-1015973 | Posted in Energy Efficiency and Durability on

Hi,
I am wanting to add rigid foam insulation to a double-wide modular home. I am in zone six and the existing building is 2×6 construction with faced fiberglass batts. I want to use 2″ ISO foil-faced insulation with Tyvek on the outside, but will this cause breathabilty issues?

Joel, do you have poly sheeting in addition to the batts, or is the kraft facing the only vapor retarder?
