Dan owns and operates Kolbert Building in Portland, Maine, where he builds high-performance new homes and remodels everything from Portland’s historic homes to beautiful, functional kitchens to warm, bright additions. Dan is the co-founder of the building science discussion group that pioneered the Pretty Good House movement.
