This hidden mechanism retracts when the door is open and eliminates the need for a bulky threshold
Keeping a house warm in winter and cool in summer can be a tough job. Losing conditioned air under ill-fitting doors is a problem that can be remedied with contractor Jay B. Lane’s process includes the use of a Pemko automatic door bottom. A series of photos illustrates the installation process.
