The day-long event on October 15 features speakers and vendors

Boston's District Hall is the site of a one-day Passive House symposium on October 15.

Passive House Massachusetts will host a day-long symposium at District Hall on October 15 to explore Passive House and high-performance building issues in the region.

The keynote address will be given by Ken Levenson, co-founder of 475 High Performance Building Supply and president of New York Passive House. He’ll be discussing the New York Passive House market and how adoption of the building standard can be expanded across the Northeast.

Program topics will include selling Passive House buildings, optimizing building energy efficiency, and multifamily Passive House projects.

If you’re interested in attending, you can register online. Tickets are $115 (students pay $35), with coffee and lunch included. Vendors also will be attending to show products and services useful to Passive House builders.
