Awarded More LEED Points Than Any Other Renovation in the U.S.
OAKLAND, CA — Homeowners David and Sara Gottfried have received a LEED Platinum rating for their recently completed home renovation in Oakland. According to the U.S. Green Building Council, which David Gottfried founded, their 1,440-square-foot home received the highest LEED for Homes score — 106.5 points out of a possible 136 — of any residential renovation in the country.
