Insulation Contractor in LA/Ventura who can work w/ Rockwool, cork, wood fiber batt

Can anyone recommend any insulation contractors in LA/Ventura County who are willing and able to work with TimberHP wood batt for wall insulation and Rockwool, Thermacork for unvented cathedral roof insulation (similar to the plan advised in this thread:https://www.greenbuildingadvisor.com/question/yet-another-unvented-cathedral-roof-question)?
We finally got our fire rebuild plans approved and are lining up bids.
So far even “green building” contractors I contact are ignorant and resistant to working with any material outside conventional blow in foam/cellulose and spray foam options.

Start with the manufacturer of the product and see who they sell to in your area and work it from there. This is true for all building products. Manufacturer-distributer- contractor.
